The Role

We're looking for a Room Attendant to help keep LyLo Queenstown looking its best. You'll take pride in turning our rooms and public spaces into spotless, welcoming spots that make guests feel right at home, all while being part of a genuinely close-knit and supportive team. It's hands-on, it keeps you moving, and every day you'll see the difference your work makes.

This is a part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and you'll need flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising all surfaces

• Replace linens and towels, and keep guest room amenities well stocked

• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, hallways and common spaces

• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Team

• Handle lost and found items in line with hotel policy, and respond promptly to guest requests

• Assist with laundry duties and follow safety, hygiene and PPE protocols at all times

What You'll Bring

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is an advantage

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
