Overview
We are recruiting a Research Project Assistant for AI projects. You will examine assigned research project tasks, compare evidence against defined questions, and prepare organized project records and research notes for review, keeping the evidence trail and open questions clear.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project sources, participant records, and study documents for project work on assigned research project tasks.
- Compare completed materials with the project plan and required fields.
- Maintain current source, status, and handoff records for the assigned work.
- Prepare organized project records and research notes with source status, open items, and handoff notes.
- Flag missing documents, incomplete records, or unclear task ownership for further review.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.
- Ability to prepare and organize materials for a research project.
- Ability to track source records, task status, and incomplete information.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
- Previous research project assistance, study support, or information coordination experience is helpful but not required.
