Overview

We are recruiting a Research Evaluator for AI projects. You will examine research rigor and usefulness, compare evidence against defined questions, and prepare evaluation findings with clear criteria and rationale for review, keeping the evidence trail and open questions clear.

Key Responsibilities

• Review study plans, methods, source records, and reported findings related to research rigor and usefulness.

• Assess whether methods and evidence support the stated research claims.

• Document source details, methods, context, and limitations for each finding.

• Prepare evaluation findings with clear criteria and rationale, linking conclusions to supporting evidence.

• Flag method weaknesses, unsupported claims, or limits on use for further review.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to evaluate research against explicit rigor and usefulness criteria.

• Ability to explain evaluation decisions and methodological limitations.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous research evaluation, methodology review, or evidence review experience is helpful but not required.
