Overview

We are recruiting a Research Associate for AI projects. You will examine defined research workstreams, compare evidence against defined questions, and prepare evidence summaries for assigned workstreams for review, keeping the evidence trail and open questions clear.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather relevant literature, records, and documented evidence for work on defined research workstreams.

• Compare evidence across sources and identify patterns that merit synthesis.

• Record source details, scope, and open questions in organized research notes.

• Prepare evidence summaries for assigned workstreams, linking conclusions to supporting evidence.

• Flag weak source support, inconsistent findings, or unanswered questions for further review.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to gather and compare evidence across a defined research workstream.

• Ability to maintain traceable source and decision notes.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous research, analysis, or evidence synthesis experience is helpful but not required.
