Production Systems Manager

From reliability and performance through to future improvements and innovation, you'll play a critical role in supporting operational success.

Working alongside operational leaders across the business, you'll drive improvements that directly impact production outcomes and business performance.

We envisage this role being based at one of our processing plants, providing the opportunity to work closely with site teams and build strong relationships with the people who rely on these systems every day.

In this role you will:

• Lead the technology platforms that support our production environment.
• Work closely with plant, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and system optimisation.
• Lead responses to critical incidents and ensure operational resilience.
• Shape future roadmaps for production and manufacturing systems.
