You will lead category strategy, product development, lifecycle management, supplier partnerships, and market analysis to ensure the portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer and market needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute category strategy and product roadmapsDrive growth in sales, profit, and market shareLead new product development and range optimisationManage product and SKU lifecyclesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecastingPartner with suppliers, factories, and supply chain teams to deliver category successEnsure product compliance, quality, and technical excellenceProvide product expertise, training, and support to customers and sales teamsWhat You'll Bring5+ years' experience in Product ManagementStrong commercial, analytical, and strategic planning skillsExperience in product selection, decorative trends, and forecastingSound knowledge of the building/construction industryUnderstanding of compliance and industry standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related disciplineWhat we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
