We have an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented university student to join our Private Wealth team in a permanent part-time capacity. This role is ideal for a student seeking practical commercial property experience while continuing their studies.

Working alongside our market specialists, you'll play an important role in building and maintaining property market intelligence across New Zealand. This includes researching transactions, tracking market activity, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support business decisions.

The Opportunity - Te āhei

• Approximately 12 hours per week with flexibility around study commitments
• Supporting the development and maintenance of commercial property databases
• Researching ownership, sales and transaction activity across New Zealand
• Tracking listings and completed sales to ensure market information remains accurate
• Gathering and validating property and market data from a variety of sources
• Assisting with reporting, market intelligence and data analysis activities
• Exposure to key market sectors including service stations, fast food and healthcare assets

Mōu | About You:

• Currently studying Property, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related degree
• Ideally in your second year of a four-year degree programme
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• The ability to analyse, manipulate and work confidently with large volumes of data
