About the role As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll ensure the safe, effective operation of the manufacture plant to achieve planned production levels. By keeping the manufacturing plant running at optimum levels - and safely - we're best placed to help our farmers/shareholders, and you're best placed for a rewarding job with great scope for growth. About you: Given the work environment and nature of the role, it’s essential you’re physically fit, mechanically minded and safety conscious. Ideally, you’ll be comfortable around running conveyor belts and machinery, but if not, we can provide the training to get you there if you have a positive, can-do attitude. To be successful in the role, you will ideally: - Be flexible in your ability to work alternating shift patterns, including nights and weekends
- Have manufacturing or process plant experience
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Safety conscious
- Be physically fit
- Be mechanically minded
- Good communication skills
- Have a reasonable level of computer literacy
- Full driver’s license
- OSH Forklift Operators Certificate (desirable)
- F endorsement (desirable)
- W, T, R, endorsement (desirable)
- Confined space (desirable)
