Our Rolleston branch is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead, guide and support our team of Parts Consultants and Apprentices. You’ll oversee all aspects of the department, ensuring service excellence and growing relationships with our local customer base to ensure D&E are continually providing the community with all of their aftermarket machinery needs. About the Role This roles will offer you:

• Leadership Opportunity: Provide leadership and guidance to our parts team, encouraging a culture of continual growth and development, and quality output for our customers.
• Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identifying opportunities to ensure we’re their first port of call for parts support.
• Performance Monitoring and Oversight: Take ownership of department budgets, ensuring regular sales performance review and timely adaption of department plans to achieve targets.
• Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement: Develop, implement and maintain parts operations, such as managing the inventory control system; overseeing warranty claims; driving promotional, merchandising and advertising activities; and client follow up and feedback loops.

This role will also see you being a key member of the wider branch management team, ensuring regular communication between departments and contributing to overall branch objectives, culture and opportunities for improvement.

About You

Ideally you’ll bring:

• A technical background with knowledge of Agricultural and/or Construction and Forestry machinery/parts.
• Experience building trusted relationships both internally and externally, creating an engaged and cohesive team environment.
• Previous experience and proven results in a similar senior Parts role would be preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset to ensure a future-ready department.
• Technical competence with intermediate computer skills, ideally with experience in relevant inventory management software.
