About the role

The role of the Operations Analyst is to be part of CodeBlue’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) – focused on centralised systems engineering by ensuring the performance, availability and stability of our customers IT systems and applications. The Operations Analyst role performs monitoring of alerts for servers & network devices, as well as backup software, for CodeBlue and CodeBlue customer environments as per our SLA’s. You will also be performing maintenance tasks including patching of Windows servers & workstations, and device firmware.

Skills & experience

We are looking for someone with Operational Support experience, who has ideally previously worked in an MSP environment.

Technical requirements include:

  • Ideally 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Technical Support role
  • Strong people and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Systems including, O365, Azure, Windows Server
  • Patch Management / Windows Updates
  • Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Backups (Veeam, Azure)
  • Antivirus / MDR
  • TCP/IP Networking (LANs, WANs)
