Job Description: About the Role:

Aramex Linehaul has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced National Linehaul Manager to lead our nationwide linehaul network. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director - Oceania, this role is responsible for driving operational performance, service excellence, contractor engagement, compliance, and profitability across the New Zealand linehaul network. You will work closely with senior leaders, franchise partners, hub managers, and contractors to ensure the network operates safely, efficiently, and delivers outstanding service outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the national linehaul network across New Zealand.

• Drive operational performance, efficiency, and service delivery standards.

• Build strong relationships with linehaul contractors and franchise partners.

• Support and develop Linehaul Hub Managers and operational teams.

• Ensure compliance with operational, contractual, and safety requirements.

• Identify revenue growth opportunities and improve network utilisation.

• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture across the network.

To be successful in this role:

• 5+ years' leadership experience within transport, logistics, or linehaul operations.

• Strong knowledge of linehaul operations and network management.

• Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management.

• Experience driving operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
