Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership across onsite and offshore teams.
- Ensure engineering consistency across Modern Workplace Services towers.
- Lead and support incident management and complex issue resolution.
- Drive backlog executi on, sprint planning, and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager for governance and continuous improvement.
- Act as primary technical bridge between onsite squads and offshore delivery teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning.
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and drive service improvements.
- Support security compliance, patching, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Drive automation, tooling enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Technical Skill Set
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Endpoint Management – Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, IGEL UMS
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) – end-to-end management
- Mobile Device Management – Intune, SOTI (iOS/Android)
