Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of corporate iOS and Android Devices, as well as mobile application management for BYOD devices via Microsoft Intune
- Management activities for corporate iOS and Android devices
- Device enrolment and configuration via Android and Apple Business Management for corporate devices.
- Device update and patch management for corporate devices.
- Certification profile management, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Management of device compliance and configuration policies.
- Security configuration and compliance monitoring.
- Application deployment via App Store and Google Play.
- Apple Volume Purchase Program management
- BYOD Devices Mobile Application Management:
- App protection policy creation and management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing MDM
- Experience in migrating from SCCM to Intune or SOTI.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Familiarity with co-management and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment and packaging.
- Experience with mobile certificate deployment and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
