About the job
Roles and Responsilibities:
•Provide application development and support services for Manhattan WMS, including incidents, problems, requests, and system health checks.
•Configure, integrate, and enhance WMS functionalities to meet business requirements.
•Support batch and critical system processes, user management, and access provisioning.
•Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
•Coordinate with product vendors for L3/L4 assistance and manage escalations.
•Analyze business requirements, participate in user story grooming, and support QA/testing services.
•Participate in release management, deployment, and post-production support.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and participate in governance and reporting routines.
•Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service management procedures.
•Support transition, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.
