Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role As part of our Enterprise Services Group, the Manager Financial Planning and Analysis plays a key role in strengthening financial performance and ensuring the organisation has accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to support planning and decision-making. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and business partnering advice across the organisation. It is also a key role in preparing and modelling financial information for use in submitting funding bids and business cases to the Treasury. Reporting to the Director, Finance you will lead a team of finance professionals who work closely with senior leaders to support evidence- based decision making, organisational performance and long-term sustainability. You will play a critical role in translating strategy into financial plans, providing trusted advice to the Executive Leadership and Board of Directors.This is a collaborative role that requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.This is a fixed term role until June 2027 the salary band for this role is $170,690 - $190, 660 depending on the skills and experirnce of the candidate.Mōhou ake | About you You must have at least 10 years financial analysis experience ideally in the public sector.
