Join ColorCote® as our Logistics Supervisor and lead a high-performing team responsible for packing, warehousing, and logistics operations while delivering exceptional customer service and safety outcomes. About the roleReporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, you will lead daily logistics and packing operations, drive team performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You'll play a key role in achieving operational KPIs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full. This is a hands on leadership role What you'll bring- Proven experience leading teams within a logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.

• Strong health and safety leadership experience.
• You will have previous forklift experience – F Endorsement preferred
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive results.
• Strong computer skills and experience managing operational performance.
