The opportunity: Team Leader - Treats Packing Plant What you will do:

• This role will inculde but not limited to working alongside and leading the packing team in the packing room.

• Delagating tasks fairly between your team

• Coordinating daily activities.

• Assisting the Treats Plant manager with daily tasks documentation and paperwork ie post operation hygiene checks, stock maintance.

• Operationally involved in physical packing of dried products daily, and handling of wet product from time to time to assist the wider team

• Packing and dispatch of orders.

What we are looking for:

• This role would be suited to someone with exparence leading a small Team in a manurfacturing environment

• Able to meet deadlines.

• Okay with early starts eg 5.00am.

• Confortable working with fresh offal.
