About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist who has had considerable experience working with older adults both in hospital and Aged Residential Care facilities, and who would be enthusiastic leading a team of Clinical Pharmacists working in this area. You will be committed to mentoring and supporting junior staff interested in developing a career in this speciality, and to being active in the multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to extend your leadership skills, and work across primary and secondary care.

This is a fixed term opportunity covering a staff member on parental leave for up to 13 months.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll hold:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • A current annual practicing certificate
  • A post-graduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy
  • At least 7 year’s experience in Clinical Pharmacy, and experience in Aged Care
