Judges' Clerk - Manukau District Court2 years fixed-term, fulltime Te Haeata/The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented individual to join our Manukau District Court as a Judges' Clerk. This position would start on Monday 11 January 2027.The Judges Clerk will be expected to provide high quality research and support to District Court Judges and Community Magistrates, and to support the Judges and Community Magistrates in determining legal issues effectively. It is responsible for providing the infrastructure and support necessary for the efficient and effective management of the Courts systems throughout New Zealand.District Court Judges are assigned to local Courts, and typically work on circuit within a cluster of satellite Courts, but they may also be deployed on a wider regional basis or elsewhere in New Zealand.
