How this opportunity is different An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced level 2 Desktop Support professional to join the Aon Colleague Technology Services team based in Auckland. The team is passionate about providing exceptional support to Aon colleagues across New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea. What the day will look like Supporting colleagues in a face-to-face setting either through desk side support or at our walk-up IT Tech bar. Working with cross functional Technology teams across Aon Knowledge sharing and capturing and working with Global Service Desk with shift left opportunities Providing technology support across our tech enabled meeting spaces. Ensuring that Incident and Service requests are handled in a timely and responsive way. Making sure that we are gathering accurate and detailed information across our systems. Assisting in technology training and education sessions across a variety of settings. Building and deploying hardware and software along with maintaining and updating our asset management records. Aiding with projects and rollouts such as hardware refreshes, video conference setups, productivity software and other software roll outs, office relocations – this may include travel to other Aon locations. Skills and experience that will lead to success Qualified in a technology subject area at a diploma level or greater. Experience coming from a similar position within an enterprise environment. Strong engagement and communication skills and being able to confidently work across colleagues at varying levels. Applied technical knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS Basic SCCM Config Manager knowledge Mobile device management – both android and iOS Networking management and troubleshooting skills Experience working in an Office 365 Enterprise environment Basic\Intermediate Scripting knowledge - PowerShell Knowledge of network printing\follow me printing technology How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
