Location: Applicants must currently reside in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand or the United States.

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Generative AI Tester to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify and label diverse text, image, and document datasets to train next-generation AI models.
• Audit AI system outputs to identify hallucinations, formatting errors, or deviations from user prompts.
• Identify edge cases, labeling ambiguities, and data inconsistencies to help improve labeling taxonomies.
• Maintain high accuracy, quality benchmarks, and daily throughput goals.

Requirements:

• Superb reading comprehension, logical reasoning, and a sharp eye for spotting subtle errors.
• Prior experience in data annotation, quality assurance, data review, or content evaluation is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments.
• Must possess a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a private workspace.
• Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
