Financial Analyst- contract

I am seeking a Billing Analyst to manage high-volume billing operations, maintain database accuracy, and provide analytical insights on consumption patterns, revenue, and system performance for a short term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Reconciliations: Generate accurate routine charges and invoices, process direct debits/refunds, perform end-of-year system rollovers, and manage third-party reconciliations.
• Database Management: Maintain database integrity, perform regular audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and support customer-facing teams with escalated account inquiries.
• Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze payment and usage trends, model system scenarios, forecast billing volumes, and address billing exceptions to optimize operational performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify system bottlenecks and collaborate across teams to implement process enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 3–4 years in high-volume data, transactional, or rates-focused roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, database software, advanced MS Office, and data reconciliation.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant government legislation and rating frameworks.
