About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Finance Reporting Analyst to join our high-performing and collaborative Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You will play a key role in shaping how performance information is brought together, communicated and used across the business. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help deliver meaningful reporting that supports decision-making and drives better business outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of key business performance reports, including CEO, CFO and Performance Council reporting.
  • Support business planning and forecasting processes by developing clear, consistent reporting templates and frameworks.
  • Work across Finance and the wider business to gather insights, manage reporting timelines and ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Bring together financial and operational information to create meaningful reporting that tells a clear story.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline and continuously improve reporting processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and become a trusted point of contact for reporting and performance information.

About you

You have a solid foundation in finance and enjoy working with stakeholders, improving processes and turning data into a story. Whether you are currently a Financial Accountant, Reporting Analyst or an emerging Finance Business Partner, this role offers the chance to broaden your commercial exposure and make a genuine impact.

We are less focused on finding someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding someone who is proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.

Attributes that may help you succeed in the role:

  • CA qualification (or equivalent professional accounting qualification).
  • Around 3-5 years' experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or management reporting.
  • Experience managing recurring reporting deliverables and working to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and keep things moving.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to present information in a clear and engaging way
