We are seeking a practitioner to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary team alongside Tamariki,Rangatahi and their whānau.

Kō wai koe / About you:

• Prior experience and deep passion for the wellbeing of Tamariki, Rangatahi and their Whānau

• Relevant experience and qualifications caring for Tamariki, Rangatahi and their Whānau including WCTO, MHAOD, or Takiwātanga Neurodiversity

• Prior experience and confidence delivering Kaupapa Māori, Strengths-based, and Whānau centered assessments follow-up and support.

• Exceptional track record supporting whānau through a “te ao Māori” assessment and strength-based lens

• Excellent interpersonal and whānau centered approach

• Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary team that centers whānau, and works collectively so that whānau receive the highest standard of care and support.
