About the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Own end‑to‑end delivery across Data Engineering & Platform, BI & Visualization, Data Science, Data Analytics & Customer Insights aligned to tower scopes.
•Drive foundational setup — environments, DR, CI/CD, platform observability (SnowMonitor) — and performance‑testing frameworks across pipelines & reporting.
•Oversee Data Science lifecycle — maintain production models, set up MLOps and orchestration pipelines, and expose outcomes downstream.
•Build and manage a multi‑disciplinary onshore/offshore team; execute knowledge transition (shadow/primary/steady state) per transition plans.
•Partner with Customer Insights and external agencies to integrate quantitative/qualitative insights with Snowflake analytics.
•Maintain SOPs, runbooks, KEDB, architecture/design documentation, and knowledge repositories; enforce ITSM/CAB for changes.
•Run governance cadence — weekly operational, monthly tactical, quarterly strategic — with SLA/KPI reporting, risks, PIRs, and continuous improvement actions.
•Manage dependencies with different projects, coordinating onboarding, access, and delivery risks across overlapping streams (Data Engineering & BI).
•Champion continuous improvement — self‑serve enablement, report rationalization, performance & cost optimization, and platform hardening.
