Overview

We are recruiting discerning contributors to evaluate creative text and visual outputs against supplied briefs. You will judge brief alignment, coherence, originality signals, and execution quality without producing or editing the creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare each output with the brief's audience, message, mood, and required elements.

• Identify missing concepts, contradictory details, imitation concerns, and distracting artifacts.

• Assess whether text and visual elements support one coherent idea when both are present.

• Rank alternative outputs by how completely and clearly they satisfy the creative criteria.

• Explain quality decisions with references to the brief and observable features of the output.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to interpret a creative brief and evaluate how well an output fulfills it.

• Ability to describe coherence, originality concerns, and execution defects without creating content.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous experience with creative review, multimedia evaluation, or AI output evaluation is helpful but not required.
