Our proud history began in 1901 in Australia and 1888 in Aotearoa New Zealand.Holcim is certified as a Top Employer 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, recognising our commitment to creating a workplace where people thrive. About the roleBased at our Horotiu plant near Hamilton NZ, with coverage for the Morrinsville and Matamata plants, the Concrete Operations Coordinator is a vital support role for the Plant Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of concrete production, including batching, testing, loader driver and dispatching.As an important member of the team, key responsibilities include:Serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure timely deliveriesMaintaining product quality through rigorous testing, performing preventative maintenance and servicing equipmentOverseeing health, safety, and environmental practices. About youYou enjoy fast paced, busy environmentsFull training will be provided, however exposure to concrete & batching would be preferredHave excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) Be confident operating a computer with experience in MS Office or Google docs, full training will be provided on additional software used in the roleDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety, health & environmental responsibilitiesForklift license is a nice to have. Additionally, you must hold full NZ work rights with no restrictions on hours worked or duration of employment.
