Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will use advanced assessment and critical thinking skills to guide timely interventions, support clinical decision-making, and promote best practice in patient safety and care.This is a dynamic and influential role where you will provide clinical leadership, mentor and educate staff, and contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
