Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whānau-centred care, and excellence. About the roleThe Clinical Ethics Lead provides valuable SMO expertise into the Clinical Ethics Advisory Group byProviding end-to-end leadership of clinical ethics review processes, including triage, review allocation, risk escalation and reporting. Enhancing consistency, visibility and accountability across services. Enabling more coordinated, cohesive delivery of this advice across district services This enables a sustainable way to manage Clinical Ethics requests and meet the organisations' needs. This role will be critical to ensuring Clinical Ethics advice and reporting activity is not only timely but drives sustained improvement in patient safety and quality outcomes.The rolereports to the Clinical Director, Centre of Clinical Excellence at CCHV.Covering the CCHV District, the Centre of Clinical Excellence is the engineroom of clinical governance across the district.
