About the Role:

As a fixed term part-time Cleaner, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our café, base, and surrounding areas are immaculate and welcoming. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, actively participate in our Health and Safety system, and help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation across all customer-facing areas.

• Day-to-day cleaning of the BWR café and base.

• Ensure all areas are free of rubbish and immaculately presented.

• Communicate issues and equipment needs.

• Support the Operations Manager in delivering a high-quality product and service.

• Input into the development and review of policies and procedures.

• Adhere to all THL and BWR policies and procedures.

• Demonstrate a positive approach to teamwork and customer interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and honest.

• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene.

• Strong communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Responsible and committed to work.

• Must be available on a 7-day rotating roster.

• High work attendance record.
