Description
We’re seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee operations on key projects in Christchurch. If you’re a natural leader with a strong civil construction background, this is your chance to make an impact.

Requirements
- Supervising day-to-day civil construction activities on site.
- Leading and supporting site crews to deliver quality outcomes.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, plant and materials.
- Ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Promoting and maintaining a strong health and safety culture.
- Conducting toolbox meetings, site inspections and quality checks.
- Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact delivery.
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting project progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6–10 years’ experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, roading, concrete works and bridge construction.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Full NZ driver’s license (Class 2 preferred).
