In this exciting role, you'll work closely with teams throughout Council to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and deliver practical automation solutions using the Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and Copilot. As an agile internal consultant and hands-on builder, you'll design and implement smart workflows that reduce manual processes, improve data integrity, support secure AI adoption, and unlock the value of our existing digital tools and information. About You You will be a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys working with people and technology to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll bring experience in process improvement, workflow automation, and Microsoft 365 technologies, along with a passion for helping others embrace smarter ways of working. What You'll Do
