Our service is growing, our model of care is evolving, and we have two exciting opportunities for Associate Charge Nurse Managers to join our Invercargill teamThis isn't your standard ACNM roleThis is hands-on clinical and operational leadership. You'll balance patient flow, acuity, staffing and capacity, support your team when things get challenging and make sure clinical safety remains at the centre of decisions.We're looking for leaders who can see the bigger picture, anticipate pressure points and pivot when things don't go to plan. About the RoleCoordinate patient flow across in-centre dialysis, training and acute care.Balance changing acuity, capacity and staffing while protecting clinical safety.Manage daily staffing, unplanned leave and roster pressures alongside the CNM.Provide visible, approachable clinical leadership and support staff through complex situations.Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, coordinated care.Coach and develop your team, supporting performance, accountability and growth.Drive improvement, challenge how we've always done things and help shape the future of the service.Our dialysis service operates Monday to Saturday, 0700-1930, with ACNM shifts rostered across Monday to Saturday between 0830-1700. Strong, visible leadership across our operating week is an important part of supporting both our patients and our team.
