Ready to build practical AI capability in a business that’s actually getting after it? As our AI Enablement Specialist, you’ll help people across Australia and New Zealand use Fulton Hogan’s approved AI tools safely, confidently and well.

This is a permanent full-time role for someone who knows how to turn complex tech into clear, useful content. You’ll create learning material, shape communications, support capability uplift, and work across a wide mix of projects, formats and teams. If you like variety, momentum, and work that has real impact, this one’s worth a look.

You’ll also be joining our growing AI Practice at an exciting stage, helping shape how we use AI across the business and playing a real part in where we go next.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

  • Create and maintain practical AI learning content, guides, examples, prompt libraries, videos and session material.
  • Partner with Learning and Development and Communications to roll out content through the right pathways, platforms and channels.
  • Capture real Fulton Hogan use cases and turn them into clear, reusable content people can apply in their day-to-day work.
  • Support pilot and flagship sessions, and equip AI Adoption Specialists and champions with ready-to-use toolkits.
  • Use feedback and engagement data to keep improving content, communications and overall capability uplift.

  • Experience in content, communications, learning or capability, with a track record of creating practical material in more than one format.
  • Strong plain-language writing skills and the ability to make technical ideas easy to understand for broad audiences.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools, curiosity to keep learning, and sound judgement around responsible AI, privacy and data guidance.
  • A collaborative, adaptable style with the confidence to work across teams and support group sessions.
  • A proactive approach, strong organisation, and a real interest in growing your career in a fast-moving digital space.
